The open-concept living area offers modern furnishings, a large Smart TV, a comfortable sofa, and sliding glass doors that open to a private balcony overlooking the Akumal jungle. One of the bedrooms also has direct access to the same balcony. Just outside, you'll find an outdoor dining area, perfect for enjoying meals in the fresh air.

The fully equipped kitchen features quality finishes, a six-burner stove, a full-size oven, and a kitchen island with seating, making it ideal for cooking and gathering.

Each bedroom is designed for comfort and includes air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and a full wardrobe. The primary bedroom features a king bed and an en-suite bathroom, the second bedroom offers a queen bed with its own en-suite bathroom, and the third bedroom includes a queen bed and a dedicated workspace. Additional amenities include an in-unit washer and dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, and thoughtful touches throughout to make you feel at home.

Just a 2-3 minute walk away, you’ll find a swimmable beach in front of the neighboring resorts. Simply exit our beach club and walk to the right.
