Guests have exclusive use of their private loft apartment, including the fully equipped kitchen, living area, bedroom, and bathroom. Each unit also has an in-unit washer/dryer, Smart TV, and Wi-Fi.
Entry to the building and apartment is keycard-controlled for security. You’ll receive clear instructions before arrival.
The hallways and common entry areas are shared with other residents and guests of The William.

If you’re exploring farther out or arriving from the airport:

• 🚗 Rideshare: Uber and Lyft are widely available and the easiest way to get around.
• 🚲 Electric scooters & bikes: Convenient and fun for short downtown trips.

• Downtown vibe: The William is right in the heart of Birmingham’s dining, nightlife, and cultural scene. You may hear some city sounds or music from nearby spots — it’s part of the energy that makes this area so lively. We provide blackout curtains, eyeshades, and earplugs for light sleepers.
• Check-in/out: Check-in after 4:00 PM, check-out before 11:00 AM. Our cleaning team arrives promptly, so please plan accordingly.
• No on-site parking: Paid street parking and nearby lots are available within a couple of blocks. Please follow posted signs carefully — private lots do tow.
• No pets, parties, or smoking/vaping inside the loft or building.
• Self check-in: You’ll use keycards retrieved from the Keycafe at the 3rd Avenue North entrance to access the building and your loft.
• Group stays: Multiple lofts within The William can be booked together for larger groups, or in conjunction with our sister properties just a few minutes away. Message us for availability and options.
• Events: While events can’t be hosted inside individual lofts, on-site event options may be available within the building. If you’re interested in hosting an event at The William, please reach out to inquire.
