The home is spacious, light-filled and designed with families in mind. A large open-plan living and dining area flows into a fully equipped kitchen with its own additional dining space — perfect for those evenings when you'd rather eat in and put the little ones straight to bed after a big park day. A further separate seating area gives everyone their own corner to relax.

Step outside and you'll find your own private pool deck overlooking a peaceful conservation area — a rare and beautiful backdrop that gives the property a real sense of seclusion. After a thrilling day at the parks, unwind in your private pool and spa, soaking in the warm Florida sun as it sets. With no rear neighbors and natural views stretching into the distance, evenings here are truly special — quiet, private, and unforgettable. The covered lanai provides shade throughout the day, and the outdoor dining set and brand-new loungers make this the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening drinks as the sun goes down.

The pool & spa can be heated for $35 per day. We do recommend heating the pool during the months of October to April.

Indian Creek is one of the most conveniently located communities for Disney World, putting you just a short drive from the magic of the parks — close enough to head back for a midday nap and an afternoon swim before returning for the evening fireworks. Universal Orlando, SeaWorld, LEGOLAND, and an abundance of restaurants, shopping and attractions are all within easy reach.

The home itself carries a warm Disney spirit throughout — from tasteful framed prints to Disney-inspired area rugs — all woven into a broader tropical Hawaiian aesthetic that feels relaxed, fun, and genuinely magical for young guests.
