• 55” Smart TV in both master suites

• Balcony with propane fire pit and seating

• Blackout shades in every bedroom

• For the little ones - high chair, playpen safety gates, blankets as well as cups and dishes.

On the bottom floor, adjacent to the garage and front entry, you’ll find a second master suite, with its own en-suite bathroom.

Moving upstairs to the living level, you'll find a well-appointed kitchen, spacious dining and living areas, a half-bath, workspace, and balcony.

On the top floor, you'll find the remaining three bedrooms, one with a queen bed, a second 2 sets of twin bunk beds, and the master suite with a king bed, en-suite bath, closets and laundry.

The community pool, two hot tubs, fire-pit, barbecues and pickleball courts are right out the exterior entry door!

You'll have access to the full home with the exception of owner's storage, namely the kitchen pantry and a few linen closets throughout the home

A member of our team will be available within an hour or so via text during normal waking hours.
