Be prepared to be blown away as this property has some unique differentiators inside and out! With 9 SMART TV's, an adult and a kid's game room, a glass enclosed sunroom with sliding screen panels, and an extraordinary outside setup, your biggest decision is where to gather next! From the moment you walk through the front door, you are greeted by sweeping views of the brand-new salt pool with overflow hot tub, an expansive yard for corn hole and games, a Tiki bar, fire pit, covered dock with seating, and fantastic views of Lake Norman all visible through the oversized living room windows. This house was designed and newly furnished with entertaining friends and family in mind as both the interior and exterior have a variety of places to sit, relax and reconnect while also providing flexible sleeping options to comfortably accommodate all guests.

Focusing first on the exterior amenities, a brand new seasonally heated saltwater pool with year-round available spa and marble patio is ready for our guests to enjoy! Around the new pool and extended patio will be multiple lounge chairs and in water chairs on the tanning ledge to catch that sunshine. There is also a brand new couch and chairs under a pergola right off the glass enclosed four seasons room. As you head down towards your private dock, we have three great spots for friends and family to gather - a fire pit with 6 Adirondack chairs (starter set of wood provided), a brand-new roofed Tiki bar with 6 bar stools to enjoy those evening (or afternoon) cocktails, and the dock has its own covered seating area and dining table with entertaining lake signage to have a drink or even enjoy your dinner out on the dock.

Shifting gears to the interior, as you enter the home, immediately to your left is the oversized dining room table while straight ahead is a comfortable living room with a 75" SMART TV and relaxing fireplace. Also on the main level is the primary bedroom with a large, en-suite bathroom with a separate jetted tub and tile shower as well as the kitchen, breakfast table, sunroom, and a great seating area with swivel chairs for 4 right-off the kitchen - ideal spot for that cup of coffee in the morning while enjoying Lake Norman views!

As you head upstairs, it's game time as the home has two separate game rooms! The "adult" game room has fantastic views of Lake Norman while also providing that competitive environment with both a pool table and 12 foot shuffleboard as well as a beautiful cherry wood bar to enjoy a cocktail and a high top table with full game closet....and that is not all as we also have a large SMART TV that is ideal to catch the game. For the younger guests, they have their own game room that includes a sit-down arcade game with over 60 games like Pacman, a wall mounted scrabble board, an XBox connected to the 75" SMART TV, and a huge couch to watch movies.

Finishing off the upper level, you'll find 4 guest rooms - 3 with King beds plus the bunk room with (2) Queen over Queen bunks with its own en-suite bathroom - and two other full bathrooms with one a Jack N Jill between 2 of the guest rooms and one a private en-suite.

The amenities you'll find here are top notch as additionally you'll also find a propane-based grill, corn hole boards, 2 adult kayaks, 2 youth kayaks, a stand-up paddleboard and a great 4 seasons room near the pool patio with a large table - enough to keep everyone busy and wanting to come back over “Andover” again!

Interested in renting a Tritoon? Contact us for optional rental details as we partner with a local, vet owned company that will deliver the Tritoon to the dock and pick it up when your reservation is complete - super convenient! Minimum # of boat rental days vary depending on season.

House Details

• The house has 5 rooms with beds for flexible sleeping with a 4-bedroom septic system and private well
• The house has exterior cameras mounted to the house and garage to protect the home during periods of vacancy
• Included in the rate is the pool heated to 81 between April 15th and October 15th each year. For an additional fee, pool heating to 81 MAY be available during the off-season - depending on pool and outdoor temperatures at the time. Contact us for additional details
• Lake Norman is a man-made lake and water levels will vary throughout the year depending on rain and management of the dam system by Duke Energy.
