A security deposit will be taken in the form of a $1500 pre-authorized hold on your credit card. This is not a charge and the hold will be released within 3 days of your departure pending no damage. Any damage found will be itemized and disclosed before a charge is made.
Cancellations made within the cancellation period will be refunded minus a 3.9% payment processing fee.
