This 3,600 sq ft North Asheville gem, with its 6 spacious bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, is ideal for families or groups looking to experience everything the city has to offer while enjoying a private, serene retreat.
Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a stylish living room filled with natural light and ample seating to unwind and relax. Adjacent to the living room, you will find a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen with dual coffee maker for your convenience. The elegant dining room will set the stage for memorable meals, and the convenient laundry room and half bathroom complete the main level.
The lower level offers three cozy bedrooms: a luxurious king-size retreat, a fun room with two sets of bunk beds, and a comfortable queen-size sanctuary. The hallway bathroom ensures that everyone is well-accommodated with plenty of space and privacy.
As you venture down to the basement, prepare for hours of entertainment in the game room. Equipped with a pool table, foosball table, TV and queen-size sleeper sofa, there's something for everyone!
The gorgeous upstairs hosts the remaining bedrooms, including a lavish king-size suite with en-suite full bathroom and workspace tucked inside a large walk-in closet, a second king-size haven, and another inviting queen-size room. The hallway bathroom completes the upper level.
