This 1920s bungalow has been fully restored and modernized, sitting on a documented Civil War vantage point on a private, fenced half-acre. Every room, every outdoor space, and every detail was designed to give your group an experience that feels nothing like a hotel and everything like home.
THE BEDROOMS
Each bedroom is themed after one of Georgia's most beloved cities, giving every guest their own story to settle into.
The Atlanta Room honors the energy of Georgia's capital city. Bold, polished, and metropolitan in its design, this room brings the spirit of a world-class city into a restful retreat.
The Augusta Room carries the elegance and tradition of Georgia's oldest city. Themed after the Masters Tournament, you will feel like you are at the Masters.
The Athens Room channels the creative, eclectic soul of a legendary college town. Go DAWGS! Dorm style sleeping up to 4 people.
The Savannah Room wraps you in the coastal charm and timeless grace that Savannah is known for the world over. Soft tones, layered textures, and unhurried warmth define every inch of this space.
THE BATHROOMS
Two full bathrooms serve the home. The first features a deep soaking tub, perfect for a long soak after a full day in the city. The second is anchored by a Jacuzzi whirlpool, a genuine luxury that turns a morning or evening into something worth remembering.
THE KITCHEN
The kitchen is built for a group that actually wants to cook. A gas stove, generous countertop space, and two sinks including a deep farmhouse-style basin give you everything you need for full meals from breakfast through dinner. A serving island connects the kitchen directly to the dining room, making it easy to move food, conversation, and people between spaces without missing a beat. A grocery store is 4 minutes away on foot for anything you need to stock up.
THE LIVING ROOM
The living room is the kind of space you sink into and stay. A 60-inch television anchors a cozy, well-furnished lounge area stocked with board games and designed for the moments between adventures. Whether your group is winding down from a match day or settling in for a quiet night, this room earns its place.
THE OUTDOORS
Step outside and the property opens into something extraordinary.
The firepit area seats eight guests in Adirondack wood chairs arranged around a gas firepit that lights with a single button. The 150-year-old oak canopy overhead turns every evening here into something that cannot be replicated indoors.
The koi pond waterfall anchors one corner of the grounds, with large natural turquoise boulder benches positioned so you can sit, listen to the water, and feed the koi at your own pace. This is one of those rare outdoor spaces that slows everything down.
The courtyard features a lion fountain and bistro lighting overhead, with a dedicated dining area for al fresco lunches and dinners under the stars. The entire half-acre is fully fenced, completely private, and designed to make your group feel like the rest of the world does not exist.
