Absolutely beautiful home. Host was extremely responsive. There were a few minor cleaning issues and they came and fixed them immediately. The host came over himself to inspect and make sure all was well. They dropped off extra towels, and even dropped an extra coffee machine within a couple hours when the espresso machine stopped working. The hosts were wonderful. The only note I had was for a home of this price-point and quality, the beds/pillows were not as comfortable as I would have hopped. Would love the owners to invest in high quality/down pillows and mattresses. Otherwise beautiful home and I would book with Jatina Group again.
