When you're looking to get out and about, head to Rockport Pier, Rockport Beach Breakwater Pier, the Official History Center for Aransas County, Rockport Beach Park, or Fulton Mansion State Historic Site, all close by.

At day's end, walk through the front door to find a bright and inviting oceanic theme and an open-concept floor plan that provides plenty of room for you and your guests. The living room features a plush nautical couch, other comfortable furnishings, and a smart TV. The well-equipped kitchen awaits your master chef so they can prepare your favorite home-cooked recipes. There is some construction being performed across the street from the house on the front side. There is no yard space for pets, you would need to take them on a walk to use the restroom.

Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.
