This Mid-Century Modern home is centrally located in San Diego in an area lovingly referred to as Bay Park. Bay Park is a unique and charming neighborhood that offers a blend of coastal tranquility and urban convenience. Known for its hilly terrain, which provides spectacular views of Mission Bay and the Pacific Ocean, the neighborhood is near the junction of Interstates 5 and 8 freeways. Being so well positioned in San Diego, guests will find it easy and quick to get to most of San Diego's major destinations, like Seaworld, the San Diego Zoo, La Jolla Shores, Mission Beach, and more.
One of the highlights of Bay Park is its proximity to Mission Bay Park, a 4,600-acre aquatic wonderland that offers a variety of water sports, including swimming, sailing, jet skiing, and paddleboarding. The park also features areas for biking, jogging, and picnicking, making it a popular spot for outdoor activities
The neighborhood is very clean, safe, and provides plenty of parking. The main streets, Morena Boulevard and West Morena Boulevard, are lined with a variety of restaurants, lively bars, and microbreweries with beer tasting lounges. This makes Bay Park a great place to enjoy a meal or a drink without the crowds found in other neighborhoods.
By car is best. Although it's easy to walk to Mission Bay Park for a nice jog, trip to the playground, or afternoon on the water.
