Inside, the living area offers a warm, inviting place to gather after a day of exploring Oakland, Berkeley or San Francisco.

The fully equipped gourmet kitchen includes everything needed for home cooking, from stainless appliances to essential cookware. An in-unit washer and dryer make longer stays simple and worry-free. Each of the three bedrooms includes a comfortable queen bed, soft linens and thoughtful touches that create a calming environment for restful nights. Parking is limited to vehicles that fully fit within the property boundaries. The property line is clearly marked by a red line and a drainage grate. Vehicles may not cross these markers under any circumstances.

If all vehicles do not fit on the property, additional vehicles must park on Wilton Street.

Failure to comply may result in towing or termination of stay.

Parking Instructions:
• Please do not cross the red line, as vehicles parked beyond this point may be towed by the neighbor.

Garage Instructions
• Enter through the right-side door of the garage.
• Once inside, press the wall-mounted open button to operate the door.

Guests must park ONLY in the designated space in front of the home.
