Main Home - 3BR/2BA Skyline Retreat
The main home features a bright, modern layout with large windows that frame the city views. A private balcony creates a peaceful perch for morning coffee or an evening wind-down as the lights come alive across the bay. Inside, the living area offers a warm, inviting place to gather after a day of exploring Oakland, Berkeley or San Francisco.
The fully equipped gourmet kitchen includes everything needed for home cooking, from stainless appliances to essential cookware. An in-unit washer and dryer make longer stays simple and worry-free. Each of the three bedrooms includes a comfortable queen bed, soft linens and thoughtful touches that create a calming environment for restful nights. With two full baths and space for up to six guests, the home works well for families, work groups and friends traveling together.
Private In-Law Suite - 1BR/1BA + Sofa Bed
Ideal for guests seeking extra privacy, the in-law suite includes its own separate entrance and all the essentials for an independent stay. A cozy queen bedroom, full bath and additional sofa bed create flexible sleeping arrangements for up to four guests. The suite also offers a compact kitchen, perfect for preparing simple meals or a quick breakfast before heading out for the day.
Just outside the suite, a patio and bar-style entertaining area invite quiet mornings or relaxed evenings. This space is well-suited for couples, solo travelers or multigenerational groups who value both connection and personal space.

Parking is limited to vehicles that fully fit within the property boundaries. The property line is clearly marked by a red line and a drainage grate. Vehicles may not cross these markers under any circumstances.
If all vehicles do not fit on the property, additional vehicles must park on Wilton Street.
Failure to comply may result in towing or termination of stay.

• Please do not cross the red line, as vehicles parked beyond this point may be towed by the neighbor.
Garage Instructions
• Enter through the right-side door of the garage.
• Once inside, press the wall-mounted open button to operate the door.
