Bay views fill the living area and the master bedroom, a private covered balcony extends your living space outside, and an included golf cart puts the whole resort within easy reach for up to 6 guests.

Step inside to an open living area where the bay sets the backdrop. Settle in with the Smart TV and cable, or take your morning coffee out to the covered balcony and watch the water. The kitchen is fully equipped for real cooking - island workspace, dishwasher, ice maker, blender, coffee maker, and all the dishes, cookware, and utensils your group needs. A dining table keeps everyone together at mealtime.

The master bedroom carries the same bay views and features a king bed, with a bath with shower close at hand. The guest bedroom holds a queen bed plus a twin, a flexible setup for kids or a fifth guest, served by a second bath with a tub and shower combination. A washer and dryer in the unit keeps beach towels and swimsuits in rotation, Wi-Fi keeps everyone connected, ceiling fans keep the air moving, and a Pack N Play travel crib is ready for the youngest travelers. Extra pillows, blankets, and linens are all provided.

Outside your door, Sandestin unfolds. Your included golf cart takes you to Baytowne Wharf for dinner and live entertainment, to Grand Boulevard for shopping and a movie, to four championship golf courses, to tennis courts, and to Sandestin's private sugar-white beaches on the Gulf. Cool off at the resort pools, including the year-round heated Phil Hummel Aquatic Center. Heron Walk sits on the quiet bay side of the resort, where herons still outnumber the traffic.

Getting to the Beach
Your included golf cart makes beach days easy. From BayviewPalms, head south through the Heron Walk community and take the golf cart tunnel under Highway 98 to reach Sandestin's private beach at the Beach House Restaurant parking lot in about 5 minutes. When you arrive, pull the cart up to the beach access first to drop off your gear and your group, then park in the available golf cart parking and follow the boardwalk down to the sand.
