Shores of Panama is currently undergoing an exterior stucco renovation project through 2026. During your stay, you may see construction equipment/personnel and some areas of the resort may occasionally be affected. Daytime construction noise may also occur at times.
Our rates have been adjusted to reflect the possibility of these temporary inconveniences.

Professionally managed by Azure-Properties, "Aqua Views" is located on the 3rd floor at Shores of Panama Resort, with a reserved parking spot located on the 3rd floor. The age requirement to rent this condo is 21. There is a $90 on-site registration fee for parking passes and amenity armbands paid to the resort at check-in.
.**Note: There is no access for vehicles considered "oversized". The maximum height is 6 feet, 11 inches. Vehicles cannot exceed the normal length of 18 feet including hitches or any other attachments and a width of 8 feet, 6 inches.

Aqua Views is a beautifully decorated, 2 bedroom + bunk, 2.5 bath, beachfront condo in the Shores of Panama Resort. Located in one of the best locations in the building- a front, inside corner on the 3rd floor! The large wrap-around balcony offers a spectacular view of the Gulf, as well as overlooking the resort's tropical lagoon-style pool.

The kitchen features white cabinets, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. There is seating at the island bar, and you have all the big & small appliances you will need to cook full meals, or just make coffee to enjoy each morning on the balcony. Leading into the living room, you will find plenty of comfortable seating, which is perfect for movie and game nights. Enjoy the gorgeous views from the HUGE windows, which allow for tons of natural light & end the day with a cocktail on the large balcony, watching the gorgeous sunset with family and friends. The spacious living room includes a queen pullout sofa which allows this condo to comfortably sleep 8. This unit also includes a full sized Washer and Dryer.

The Master Bedroom has a king bed, a TV, and a beautiful view of the gulf. This room is its own retreat, with a beautiful ensuite full bathroom that has a shower/ tub combo and a large double vanity. The Guest bedroom also has 2 queen beds, a smart TV and its own ensuite full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The Bunk Room has a custom twin/twin bunkbeds, a tv for the kids to watch and a half bath just steps away.

Shores of Panama's crown jewel is their 250K+ gallon / 14k square foot pool that sits on this massive tropical island pool deck! The largest and best pool deck in Panama City Beach!! When feeding time hits, we've got you covered! Come see us at the Poolside Grill or the Coffee/Donut cafe in the lobby. Plus Pineapple Willy's is right next door! Pina Colada? Margaritas?! Daquiris?! We have them all!! Stop by the Pool Bar and grab your favorite frozen drink! If part of your daily routine requires some treadmill time, the Shores of Panama resort has got you covered with their well-equipped 24-hour access Fitness Center, located on the 3rd floor. We all know it's not summer until you've fired up the grill - we've got an outdoor picnic area with charcoal grills ready for those steaks, burgers & hotdogs!!

Perfect for our winter guests in Panama City Beach, on the ground floor, you will locate our Indoor Heated Pool & Hot Tub. A Banquet Room/Meeting Space is available for Panama City Beach wedding receptions, located on the 4th floor's west wing. We've even got a covered parking garage to keep your car cool from the Panama City Beach summer sun.

   This condo has both a regular coffee maker & a Keurig coffee pot.

2 )Are beach chairs provided? Beach towels? Beach Toys?
Yes. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided inside the condo for guests to use. The resort also has a "Take a toy, Leave a toy" bin by the poolside beach access gate.
