The lake is a quick five minute drive down the hill, and you won't have to worry about overcrowded beaches because this home includes access to Ideal Beach Resort! Ideal Beach Resort has private beach access (only available to those with a pass), pools, hot tubs, tennis/pickleball courts, basketball courts, a large grassy area, plenty of shade, water sport rentals, mini golf, playgrounds, ice cream shop, and many activities suited for children, teens, and families!

Main Level
Welcome to the main level, where comfort meets style. This floor features the kitchen which includes everything you will need to prepare and serve meals, an island with bar stools, and a large dining table. Come prepared to make and enjoy meals with your loved ones; there are plenty of supplies to do so! There is also a spacious master suite with a luxurious king bed, along with an additional bedroom furnished with a cozy queen bed—perfect for unwinding after a day of adventures. A bathroom in the common area offers added convenience. Gather in the large living room, complete with a smart TV for movie nights or streaming your favorite shows, making this level an ideal space for relaxation and quality time together

During the warmer months, the outdoor tables offer seating to finish eating your raspberry shake after spending the day in the sun. The living room has large windows spanning the east side of the home to ensure constant lake views. The large deck is perfect for enjoying early morning sunrises or evening sunsets. The views are beautiful and the deck is a perfect place to relax or to use the Blackstone grill to cook a delicious meal for all the guests.

Upstairs
Step into the airy and inviting upper level, where a spacious loft offers two queen pullout couches, perfect for additional guests or a cozy lounging area. Relax and enjoy the foosball table/TV as well! This level features two thoughtfully arranged bedrooms—one with two plush queen beds and another with a queen and a twin bed—providing versatile sleeping options for groups or families. A shared bathroom completes this floor, ensuring convenience and comfort.

Downstairs
Head downstairs for endless entertainment! This level boasts a pool table and an arcade game with a variety of classic games to enjoy, creating a lively space for guests of all ages. The bedroom on this floor features two full-over-full bunk beds, perfect for accommodating larger groups or families. With its own bathroom, this level combines fun and convenience, making it yet another great place for the kids to gather!

Outdoors/Garage
Enjoy the swings under the deck as you watch the sunset! Relax in the private hot tub after a long day at the beach or on the slopes. Plenty of parking space for everyone's vehicles, trailers, ATVs, etc in the driveway.

In the garage, there are kayaks with lifejackets for guests. There is also a great spot for hanging out with couches, Ping Pong and Cornhole in the garage. Additionally, there is a wagon with beach toys. Because of the garage amenities, there is no parking available in there.

For winter guests: 4WD or AWD is strongly recommended in the winter. This driveway and surrounding roads will be plowed after a snow storm but driving conditions can be unpredictable so guests are encouraged to drive with caution. No camping, including RVs, allowed in this HOA.
