Had a great 3 night stay down on a business trip. I liked the vintage look of the outside of the house with a large southern oak tree with Spanish moss growing from it. It felt very costal. I loved the large front porch to sit outside and enjoy my morning coffee!!😄 Short drive to downtown Clearwater or downtown Dunedin. I spent Saturday in downtown Dunedin with friends for Oktoberfest!! I will definitely stay here again!! Thanks for a wonderful stay!!😀

The unit is one of three in a classic Floridian beach cottage - two downstairs and one up. The neighborhood is very quiet, but the walls are thin so rowdy guests in the other units could challenge your stay (we had no issues!). It was the perfect size for two adults and was exactly as described. GREAT sofa for relaxing! The unit is pet-friendly, but was very clean and we could not see or smell any evidence of past four-legged guests! For the endurance athletes out there, the Pinellas Trail crosses the street just two blocks East of the house and runs North for about 15 miles and South even further - easy access for your workouts (which is why we booked). For the baseball fans, TD Ballpark is 2 miles up the Trail, and BayCare a straight shot of about 4 miles. There are beach chairs and towels, an umbrella, and a cooler in the unit for guest use. The hosts were incredibly responsive when we reported a minor issue with a sink (did not impact our stay) - thanks, Ali, for all your help!

We had an absolutely wonderful time here! The environment was peaceful and quiet, making for a truly relaxing stay. Check-in was seamless, and we couldn’t have been more comfortable sitting on what was easily the comfiest couch we’ve ever experienced. The beach is just a 10 minute drive away, though if you don't have a car, it’s about an hour’s walk. The stunning ocean view from the front porch made every morning special. The property was well-maintained and spotless, which we truly appreciated. Although the space was small, it felt incredibly cozy and inviting, like a true home away from home. There was one minor issue, although it was beyond the host’s control. When we brought it to their attention, they responded quickly, warmly, and with a positive attitude, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, we would definitely return! Highly recommended for a peaceful and comfortable getaway.
