The house was spotless, and the pool was fantastic! The hot tub was an added bonus. Check-in and check-out were both quick and easy. I would definitely recommend staying here. It’s in a great, peaceful neighborhood with beautiful views. One tip: be sure to bring bug spray! The no-see-ums definitely got me, even though the welcome book warned about them—I should have listened! Other than that, we had a wonderful stay and would happily come back.

This home is very clean, in a quiet neighborhood, very close to beautiful beaches and I have to say the outside lanai and pool make this home outstanding! Perfect place to relax and spend time as a family. It has so many amenities not even mentioned in the listing that made our stay even better! Bikes to explore, plenty of rafts for the pool, 5 loungers with several umbrellas offer plenty of shade and books & games. You have a beautiful, private backyard overlooking the golf course & water. We saw lots of wildlife. Seraina was quick to answer any questions we had. The grocery store is only 10 min away. Several beaches are 15-20 min away. Our favorite was Boca Grande- quiet with beautiful white sands and gorgeous sunsets! Rotonda West is a great area and this was a great vacation home!

What can i say about Bella Vista, beautiful villa on a lovely quite estate which backs onto one of the many golf courses. The view of the lake from the pool (( which is larger than average ) led to many a hour spotting alligators and turtles. The inside of the villa is breath taking and the pictures don't do it justice (seeing is believing). Check in was fast and nothing was too much bother. We have stayed at many properties over the years but never in one with so many utensils in the kitchen which was really nice. The bedrooms a large an airy each with it's own bathroom again with everything that you could need. All in all a thoroughly amazing place to stay. Five Stars!!!!!
