Belvedere Suites - Boutique Hotel

Belvedere Suites is a private luxury lodge designed exclusively for large groups, family gatherings, retreats, weddings, Sheva Brachos, and special celebrations.

The property features 18 guest rooms accommodating up to 52 overnight guests, a spacious ballroom for up to 150 guests, a deck with a cedar sauna and hot tub, and an upper outdoor lounge with seating for up to 100 guests.

▪️ Every bedroom has two 44 inch wide beds, which combine into one king with a mattress topper. Just give us advance notice.

IMPORTANT NOTES
▪️ Events: Weddings, ceremonies, and other events are available for an additional fee and require prior approval.
▪️ Check-in: After 4:00 PM | Check-out: By 11:00 AM
▪️ Weather: No refunds for weather-related disruptions. Travel insurance is recommended.
▪️ Pets: Not permitted.
▪️ Parking: Daytime parking is available in front of the building. Overnight parking is available in the designated lot nearby.
▪️ Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.

GUEST GUIDELINES
▪️ The primary guest must be 25 years or older and remain on the property throughout the stay.
▪️ Only registered guests and approved event attendees are permitted on the property.
▪️ Smoking, vaping, and illegal drug use are strictly prohibited indoors.
▪️ Guests are responsible for any damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning required during their stay.
▪️ Please report any issues within 24 hours of arrival so we can address them promptly.
▪️ Replacement fees apply for lost keys, remotes, gate openers, or other provided access devices.
▪️ Please do not move furniture or misuse appliances, furniture, or amenities.
▪️ Use the hot tub, sauna, grill, and other amenities at your own risk and follow any posted instructions.
▪️ Unauthorized early check-in or late check-out will incur additional charges.
▪️ Cancellations and refunds are subject to the booking platform's cancellation policy.
