✔ In-home parcel deliveries accepted with prior approval. Guests are responsible for all personal items and unattended deliveries; we are not liable for loss, theft, or damage.
✔ No parties, events, or unapproved visitors are allowed. A violation of this rule will result in a $1,500 fee.
✔ Smoking, vaping, or drug use is strictly prohibited on the premises. A $500 violation fee will apply, along with any additional cleaning costs if required.

✔ No commercial use or subletting without approval.
✔ Replacement fees will be charged for any lost keys, remotes, or gate openers.
✔ Do not move or remove furniture, décor, appliances, electronics, or amenities (e.g., hot tub, board games, etc.). Any damages, especially those caused by misuse or failure to follow instructions, will result in additional charges. Guests/Tenants are responsible for the full cost of repair or replacement of each damaged item, plus a 10% service fee applied to the invoice.
✔ The use of any items, food, or beverages that could clog, contaminate, or impact the cleanliness and proper operation of the pool or hot tubs (e.g., balloons, unauthorized toys, or trash) is strictly prohibited, if applicable. A violation fee of $500 will be assessed.

✔ Unauthorized early check-in/late checkout incurs a fee equal to the peak nightly rate.
✔ Cancellations and refunds follow platform policies.
