Welcome to the Seavey Compound — the newest large luxury vacation rental in North Conway village. Truly an unbeatable location just a 3-minute walk (under 1,000 ft) to town: restaurants, coffee, shops, Schouler Park, golfing, breweries, ice cream, the Saco River and more.

Following a complete 2026 gut renovation (taken to the studs with luxury upgrades throughout), the property is now configured as TWO connected luxury homes: a 7 bedroom / 4 bath main house and a 3 bedroom / 2 bath carriage house, including 6 king beds, and sleeping up to 26. New interior staircases connect every floor within each home, so inside the main house and inside the carriage house your group moves freely between all levels.

So much space to spread out and ample parking too! Two living rooms, two kitchens, huge 1 acre flat lot, fenced in yard, and a large game room with a pool table, darts and Pac Man. Two on-demand (tankless) water heaters deliver continuous hot water — no waiting for a tank to reheat, so showers stay hot back-to-back. Luxury mattresses and high-end furnishings throughout; not a detail was missed. Well-behaved dogs are always welcome!

THE SPACE
Spacious 3900 sq ft of living space (2850 sq ft in the main house and 1,050 sq ft in the carriage house). Guests have full access to both the main house and the carriage house, and the entire backyard. The houses share a 1 foot wall only - there is no access to each house internally; you must walk outside to get to the other house.

Enjoy 10 bedrooms / 6 bathrooms, two kitchens, a game room and multiple living areas. Well-stocked kitchen, linens & large flat back yard. Ample parking and multiple decks to hang out on. Central A/C with separate zones for upstairs and downstairs in each home as well as two on-demand hot water heaters for unlimited hot showers.

Main House 1st Floor: Newly renovated open-concept kitchen/living room, one king bedroom, one 3/4 bath, and a TV room.

Main House 2nd Floor: Four large renovated bedrooms - 1 primary bedroom with a king bed and a brand new in-suite bathroom; 1 bedroom with a twin over twin bunk bed; 1 bedroom with a king bed and a twin bed; and 1 bedroom with a king bed and twin bed. There is a fully renovated full bath in the hallway to service the non-primary bedrooms.

Main House Basement: Newly finished, with 2 bedrooms (each with a queen and a twin), a 3/4 bath, the game room, and the laundry room.

Carriage House 2nd Floor: Open-concept living room/kitchen with a king bedroom and 3/4 bath with washer/dryer. (Note: the carriage house kitchen is on the 2nd floor.)

Carriage House 1st Floor: Two newly built bedrooms with a full bath — one king bedroom, and one with (2) twin-over-twin bunks.

THE LOCATION
Right in downtown North Conway — a 3-minute walk (under 1,000 ft) to town. A quiet corner lot with no neighbors on either side for ultimate privacy: inactive, rarely-used railroad tracks to the right, a vacant lot to the left, and the post office to the rear. Plenty of parking for all your vehicles, and a short drive to Cranmore Mountain for skiing. You're in the heart of the Mount Washington Valley.

HOUSE RULES & ACCESS
No smoking, events, parties, or fireworks. Registered guests only. Must be 25+ to rent. Well-behaved dogs welcome. Guests have access to both homes and the entire backyard.

Contactless self check-in: you'll receive a unique door code before arrival, valid for your stay.

We ask that any dishes or glassware that moved between the two homes during your stay be returned before departure.
