Three beach units, one booking. You get the whole triplex on Bolivar/Crystal Beach: 6BR/3BA for up to 20. Each unit has its own kitchen, living room, and Wi-Fi (~25 Mbps). Beds: queen + bunk in every unit, plus an extra bunk in one. A short walk to the sand, and near the Port Bolivar ferry to Galveston.
This is a fully furnished triplex. Three separate 2BR/1BA units under one roof, and your reservation includes all three.
Each unit has:
2 bedrooms / 1 bath
Queen bed + bunk bed (one unit has an extra bunk)
Private kitchen + living room + seating
Its own Wi-Fi network (about 25 Mbps per unit)
You’re just steps / a short walk to the beach.
And you’re close to the Galveston–Port Bolivar ferry—free, running 24/7, about an 18-minute crossing.
You’ll have access to all three units and their outdoor areas.
No access: the storage closet (in between units A and B) and the shed (locked for owner supplies).

This house is a triplex, each unit will have it's own entry instructions, and you'll receive those instructions prior to check-in.
House Rules
Maximum occupancy is 20. Any additional people must be pre-approved prior to final reservation. Only registered guests are allowed. Any visitors must be disclosed and approved by me.
No illegal activity on the property.
Don’t leave food out that will attract pests.
Keep the home reasonably clean during your stay.
If there’s accidental damage, tell me ASAP so I can handle it quickly and fairly.
If anything is unclear, message us so we can avoid misunderstandings.
Do not move any furniture (inside or outside), including chairs and picnic tables.
If guests are asked to leave due to irresponsible behavior, no refund will be given for lost days.
If you must cancel due to tropical storm/hurricane evacuation requirements, a full refund will be given. If you evacuate during your stay due to tropical storm/hurricane, you’ll be credited for days lost.
We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or illness on the premises, or loss/damage of personal property. By booking, renters assume the risk arising from describing and using the premises.
