If you’re driving, you can use the reserved parking spaces in front of the building as well as free street parking nearby. Downtown, the Riverwalk, Midtown, and major attractions are all within a short walk or quick drive, so exploring the city is straightforward and stress-free.

Repeat guest, love this place! Great vibe, well stocked, clean, feels like staying at a friend’s house. Has everything needed including a large refrigerator, blow dryer and excellent AC. Neighborhood is dog friendly, with cute and interesting houses and a short walk to the Truckee Riverwalk. We walked downtown two blocks to view the 4th of July parade and fireworks. Great communication but not intrusive. We really feel at home here and our dogs love it too. Note that the courtyard is shared during the day, 1 or 2 folks per hour walking to the other house until evening. Very quiet but dogs need to be accompanied during the day. Later in the evening the gate is latched. Will stay again.

Michael was an awesome host! We had a few questions come up with the home and him and John were quick to respond and help us out. The home was perfect for what we needed and was super clean. We didn't realize it was tucked behind a business with 24 hour security, which was clutch and kept us at peace of mind while we stayed! We will definitely be back in the future!

We have stayed in many Airbnbs over the years and Michael’s was one of the best. We had everything we needed to sleep and cook as much as we wanted. One of the best shower heads we have seen! Location was quiet but also within walking distance to the river trail and to downtown Reno. We would not hesitate to stay again.
