One block from Savannah’s largest park, Forsyth, sits the Big Blue House. Our 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms can accommodate a family or group of friends. This listing is for the downstairs unit. There is an upper unit that we list separately.
This is for the lower unit. Everything in this unit is on one level. The kitchen table only seats 5 to 6 people. Please keep this in mind. If you are looking for a place you can cook and feed everyone you may want to inquire about the upstairs unit (prices do vary and the standard rate is a little higher).
If you need anything please call me. We provide toilet paper and paper towels to get you started, you may want to pick up some more if you plan on spending lots of time or cooking at the house.
Uber is very abundant in Savannah and is the best way to get to restaurants and tourist spots not in walking distance. We are close to several restaurants and there will be a binder at the house for you to see our recommendations.
Parking is on the street but please pay attention to the street sweep signs so you don't get a ticket.
The house is over a hundred years and sound does travel. There could be other guests staying upstairs. If any noise complaints arise please ask them to keep the noise down as we will ask them to do in return.
Please be considerate of the neighborhood and our neighbors.
