Please note that this historic home boasts over a century of character and is not a luxury hotel.
Our place is conveniently located near parks, restaurants, bars, and grocery stores. You'll be captivated by the high ceilings, the prime location, and the inviting ambiance. It's an ideal choice for families and large groups.
For dog lovers, we gladly welcome your furry friends with a small fee. However, please note that we cannot accommodate cats.
Guest access
During your stay at our place, you'll have full access to a wide range of amenities. Enjoy the convenience of Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, TV with cable, complimentary towels, and essential bathroom items such as soap, shampoo, and makeup wipes. We've got you covered.
To kickstart your stay, we provide three rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and one roll of paper towels. If you're planning on an extended visit or lots of home-cooked meals, you might want to pick up some extra supplies as needed.
Other details to note
Our home is welcoming to dogs, with a maximum limit of 2 dogs allowed. To maintain the cleanliness and comfort of the space, we kindly request that dogs refrain from using furniture or beds. Additionally, there is a non-refundable dog fee of $150. In the event of any evidence of dog hair on furniture, excessive dog hair on towels and sheets, or any stains, you will be billed for the cost of cleaning.
If a security deposit is collected, we reserve the right to retain all or a portion of it to cover any additional cleaning expenses related to pet-related issues.
Please be aware that our house, being over a century old, has thinner walls, and sound can travel easily. If your dog is inclined to bark frequently, our home may not be the ideal environment for them.
