Important Property Notes

• Parking: Maximum 2 vehicles may be parked overnight at the property.

• Mid-Stay Cleaning:
For stays longer than 14 days, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled during your stay and charged at the same rate as the standard cleaning fee. Additional charges may apply if excessive cleaning or damage occurs.

• Security Cameras:
Security cameras record the driveway, side stairs, and backyard area. Guests may not move, cover, tamper with, or disable alarms, security lights, or cameras.

• Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement within 48 hours of booking and prior to check-in.
