** Other things to note
The pool heating fee is $35/day. Please note that our pool is serviced twice a week. As you can see by the photos, we have lots of trees and vegetation, so during windy days there will be leaves in the pool. High chair and pack 'n play are available upon request. Also, please note that the TVs must be mirrored or smart apps must be used. The property does not have cable or satellite.

Note: Receiving mail or packages is prohibited, and we are not responsible for items that are mailed or shipped to the property.

** We are pet-friendly, and there's an extra cleaning fee of $50 per pet.

**Max occupancy at all times is 6, not counting minors. No visitors are allowed; all guests must be registered.

**Some regular maintenance services are required to keep our homes in excellent shape. Be informed that we have regular landscaping service, pest control management, and pool service that may come during your stay.

**Minimum Main Guest Age: 24

We use an integrated software that will give you access to our Guest Portal at Dream Vacations And Rentals. It will send you messages with instructions and guide you through a screening process and contract, which are required to release check-in instructions.
