Please note that there is a minimum 7-day rental requirement for this condo. It is fully furnished with new furniture, and beach chairs, linen, and bath and beach towels are available for guest use.

Attention: The pool coping and rec deck repair work has been rescheduled and will begin on August 12th. Work is tentatively scheduled to be complete by Aug. 28, barring any unexpected events such as weather delays. During this time the pool, spa, kiddie pool, restrooms and fitness room will be closed.
All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, dish soap, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid (ONLY for units that have dishwashers), paper towels, toilet paper. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.
