Set across nearly two acres of serene desert grounds, Sandora blends organic architecture, handcrafted materials, and immersive outdoor living to create a stay that feels both cinematic and deeply restorative. At the heart of the property, a custom pool and spa anchor the outdoor experience, surrounded by multiple spaces for gathering, dining, and unwinding beneath open desert skies. Spend afternoons lounging poolside, preparing meals in the built-in outdoor kitchen and BBQ area, or enjoying sunset cocktails at the outdoor bar before gathering around the custom sunken fire pit for stargazing and conversation long after dark.

Designed with wellness in mind, Sandora offers a series of spaces dedicated to restoration and ritual. • CHECK-IN PROCESS - Checking in at your FIELDTRIP home is now easier than ever. FIELDTRIP's guidebook contains everything you need to know. • PARKING - Guests are limited to a maximum of 6 cars, depending on size. Renters and their daytime guests should park in the garage or driveway. There is NO on-street parking available. To avoid ticketing or towing, please ensure all cars are not extending into or blocking the sidewalk.

• PETS - Pets are permitted with the receipt of a pet fee. The fee is $150 per pet, up to 3 pets. Please inquire about Service Animals and next steps to waive the fees.

• POOL HEATING - The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $250 per night. For best results, pool heat requests should be made 48 hours in advance. This is a non-refundable fee, should the pool not reach full temperature due to adverse weather conditions, user error, or improper use.

• EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT - Stay a little longer and add up to 2 hours before or after your arrival for $75/hour. Half days (11am arrival or 4pm departure) are also available for 50% of the nightly rate for the night needing to be blocked to accommodate.

• DELIVERIES - We are unable to accept packages at the homes. Please plan accordingly and utilize holding packages at the local post office or nearby Amazon Lockers.

• EVENTS / RETREATS - APPROVAL REQUIRED PRIOR TO BOOKING. Small events within our permitting requirements are considered. Please note that all events require formal, written approval from the County of San Bernardino. Additionally, an event fee starting at $1,000 will apply, with the final cost determined by the specific scope and coverage of the occasion.

• PHOTO/VIDEO & COMMERCIAL USE - Guests are welcome and encouraged to take photos for personal use (and feel free to tag us @stayfieldtrip). Drones are not permitted due to county restrictions. Any guests found to be doing a commercial shoot will have their reservation canceled. Any commercial shoots discovered during or after a stay will be responsible for the production fee.

LOCATION
Located just 5 minutes to downtown Joshua Tree, 10 minutes to the National Park West Entrance, 15 minutes from downtown Yucca Valley, 20 minutes to Pioneertown and Pappy and Harriets, and 50 minutes to Palm Springs.
