Remodeled and updated in Early 2025, the home has two new bathrooms, an updated kitchen,
wood paneled walls, hardwood floors, and cozy furnishings-- the living room is full of rustic
atmosphere and plush comfort. Gorgeously situated to face the Pacific Ocean and the wondrous
rugged cliffs of The Sea Ranch, this home is just steps from the Bluff Trail and only a quarter
mile (10-15 minute walk) north of Black Point Beach and the Sea Ranch Lodge.
Watch the morning fog blanket the ocean, or use the telescope to search for passing grey whales,
harbor seals, and dolphins. The panoramic ocean views continue in the full kitchen, which
features a stainless refrigerator, plentiful counterspace, and a dishwasher to take care of the
clean-up. Sip your morning coffee by the window at the kitchen table, or share pancakes and
bacon with your loved ones around the dining room table for six. But nowhere are the views
more magnificent than on the large ocean-facing deck, where guests can relax in Adirondack
chairs, use the gas grill to prepare al fresco meals, and soak their sore hiking legs in the luxurious
private hot tub. As one of the most understated and stretches of the Northern California Coast,
Sea Ranch is a place to escape into nature. Walk among the local black-tailed deer as you hike
the Bluff Trail, or play 18 scenic holes amid the cypress and pines at the Sea Ranch Golf Links.

December through April is whale season. You may spot gray whales breaching right from the bluff trail nearby. Wildflower season (April-June) transforms the coastal bluffs into a tapestry of color -- worth an extra walk on the trails. Summer offers long days and warm afternoons, though the iconic Sonoma Coast fog often rolls in at sunrise and clears by noon.
