Fresh from a complete remodel in 2024, this sought-after condo at Kanaloa at Kona offers a refined and private escape right on the Pacific Ocean. The stylish, open-plan living space flows seamlessly onto your private lanai, where you can enjoy spectacular, uninterrupted sunset views.

From the comfort of your lanai, watch for breaching whales during the season or simply gaze out over the ocean and the neighboring Kona Country Club golf course. The interior has been fully updated with luxury vinyl plank flooring, shiplap feature walls, a new kitchen with modern appliances, and a beautifully renovated master bathroom with a walk-in shower.

This home is perfect for couples or small families, offering flexible sleeping arrangements:
Primary Bedroom: A serene space with a brand new memory foam king-size bed, and a queen size sofa bed.
Living Room: Features a custom-built, king-size murphy bed. A closing door allows this space to be converted into a private second bedroom.

To ensure a comfortable stay, you'll have access to modern amenities including:

The entire condo is yours to enjoy. As our guest, you also have full access to the incredible amenities at the Kanaloa at Kona resort, set on 18 acres of beautifully landscaped oceanfront grounds.

Waterfront Location: Enjoy direct oceanfront living and views.
Pools & Hot Tubs: Choose from three swimming pools with adjacent spas (hot tubs), including a stunning oceanfront pool, a family-friendly pool, and a quiet, adult-only pool.
Recreation: Stay active with two lighted tennis/pickleball courts and a ping pong table.
Community Spaces: Make use of the common clubhouse and outdoor BBQ facilities scattered throughout the gardens.

The Neighborhood:

Our condo is located in one of the premier resorts on the Big Island, surrounded by the lush fairways of the Kona Country Club. You are just a short drive from the Keauhou Shopping Center, which has a KTA supermarket, Longs Drugs, restaurants, shops, and a movie theater.

Adventure is just around the corner at Keauhou Bay, home to the world-famous night manta ray snorkeling experience. For a perfect beach day, Magic Sands Beach is only a 5-minute drive away.

Getting Around:

A car is recommended to explore all the island has to offer. The condo is conveniently located:

13-minute drive to the cute seaside town of Kailua, with plentiful options for eating, drinking, and shopping.
15-minute drive south to world-class snorkeling at Captain Cook's monument.

Important Information:

Please note that while this is a one-bedroom unit, the living room can be closed off to create a private second sleeping area with a king murphy bed and queen sofa bed.

The whole condo is yours! There are also 3 swimming pools, tennis and pickleball courts, ping pong tables, a common club house, and outdoor barbecue areas all for guest access.

Kanaloa at Kona is one of the premier condo resort complexes on the Big Island. Located in the peaceful and convenient Keauhou area of Kona, this resort is set on a sprawling 18 acres, surrounded by the Pacific Ocean and the lush green Kona Country Club golf course. The complex boasts 3 swimming pools, each with their own spa and outdoor BBQ area, 2 lighted tennis & pickleball courts, a common club house, ping pong table, and direct access to the coastline. We are located directly across Keauhou Bay from the Outrigger Hotel, which is a famous location for snorkeling with Manta Rays at Manta Point. We are walking distance away from the Keauhou Shopping plaza, which has an excellent grocery store, restaurants, shops, and even a movie theater. There is excellent snorkeling and surfing at the nearby Kahalu'u Beach Park, and only a short drive away from Captain Cook.

We recommend renting a car so that you can explore the Big Island and the many sights and activities this wonderful slice of paradise has.
We are a 15 minute walk from the Keauhou Shopping Center, which has groceries, cafes, restaurants, and a movie theater. There is also a trolley you can catch at the shopping center and stops around the island.
We are 14 miles or 22 min from airport and 10 minutes from downtown Kona. We are 1.3 miles from one of the best snorkeling beaches at Kahalu'u Beach Park, and 5 min from White Sand beach. You can also walk along coast from the gate at our ocean front pool and get in the water a couple min walk where there is black sand. There are a few other beaches close by and boats that will take you out snorkeling and Manta Ray swimming at night goes by our place at night.
