This Nashville-inspired studio puts you above Music City with a skyline that shifts from gold to neon as the day goes on. It is built for a couple or small crew who want downtown energy without giving up personal space. The open layout keeps the pink sofa, kitchen, and bedroom area in easy reach of each other, so nobody cooking or getting ready is cut off from the group.

A garage-style door in the bedroom slides open straight onto the rooftop, turning the whole studio into one connected indoor-outdoor space. The rooftop itself is the real draw: the Outdoor Lounge sectional for stretching out, a dining table that seats the group, and a skyline view that looks different at sunset than it does at midnight.

A second glass door off the living area opens onto its own balcony near the Bunk Nook, giving the studio a quieter spot to step outside besides the main rooftop deck. Spend the afternoon out exploring downtown, come back for rooftop drinks as the city lights come on, then wind down inside under the Nashville-inspired artwork before the next day starts.
