This unit is a studio duplex with an open-concept layout and no separate bedrooms. The sleeping area is located in the basement, creating a unique and functional two-level space.
The basement level features a queen-size bed, a full bathroom, and the laundry area. The main floor includes an open living room, dining area, kitchen, and an additional bathroom.
The unit is set up the same way as Unit 1A and comes fully furnished and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including Wi-Fi, a refrigerator and freezer, pots and pans, cooking essentials, utensils, and plenty of cabinet storage.
The living room sofa converts into a sofa bed that comfortably sleeps one person. The unit can accommodate up to 4 guests, making it ideal for students, couples, or couples traveling with a friend.
