WALKING DISTANCE OPTIONS (APPROX. 5–15 MINUTES)
From Britannia, guests can walk out through the complex toward West Bay Road and Camana Bay and reach multiple casual and mid range spots along the Seven Mile Beach corridor:
• Camana Bay restaurants – About a 10–15 minute walk, depending on route; home to Agua, Abacus, Union, KARoo, and several cafés and grab and go options.
• Seven Mile Beach Access - Seven Mile Beach is approximately a 12–15 minute walk from the condo via the Britannia pedestrian pathway. Simply follow the pathway to West Bay Road, cross at the designated crossing, and continue to the beach access points.
SHORT DRIVE – SEVEN MILE BEACH & CORRIDOR DINING (APPROX. 3–8 MINUTES)
Within about a 3–8 minute drive, guests have dozens of dining options from casual to upscale along Seven Mile Beach and at Camana Bay:
• Peppers, Coconut Joe’s, XQ’s Pizza Bar & Grill – Casual, family friendly spots for grilled meats, pizzas, burgers, and cocktails along West Bay Road.

For guests with a rental car, Britannia is a very strong choice: you’re rarely more than 5–10 minutes from a huge variety of dining and beach club options.

If guests are happy to drive a bit farther (still relatively close):
• Macabuca & Cracked Conch (West Bay) – Around 10–15 minutes’ drive; casual tiki bar vibes at Macabuca and more upscale Caribbean fusion at Cracked Conch, both oceanfront and fantastic at sunset.
• Ristorante Pappagallo (West Bay) – About 15–20 minutes away; destination Italian restaurant beside a bird sanctuary, great for a special evening.
• Calypso Grill (Morgan’s Harbour) – Roughly 15–20 minutes; colorful waterfront setting, excellent seafood, and well known desserts.
• The Wharf (George Town) – About 10–15 minutes by car toward George Town; classic oceanfront restaurant right on the water’s edge.

GROCERIES, SUNDAY CLOSURES & PRACTICAL DETAILS
Foster's and Kirk Market supermarkets are short drives away and offer all the necessary food and supplies as well as a large array of international food.
Supermarkets are closed on Sundays in Cayman, though most restaurants and gas stations remain open, and some gas stations sell liquor on Sundays. Grocery items can also be pre-ordered and delivered before arrival.
TRANSPORTATION
• A rental car is highly recommended for this area so guests can easily explore Grand Cayman at their own pace.
• Many guests book directly with trusted local providers such as Marshall’s Rent-A-Car, Andy's Rent-A-Car, or compare options through Kayak.
• Due to limited public transportation in East End, having a car offers the greatest convenience and flexibility.

Check in is any time after 4:00 PM with keyless entry; early check in may be possible depending on cleaning schedules and can be confirmed with the property manager closer to arrival.
Check out is self service at 11:00 AM, with clear instructions provided; late check out is only available if pre arranged, as time is needed to prepare for incoming guests.
