Bullhead Mountain Lodge is thoughtfully designed for comfort, connection, and relaxation. The home features extensive locally sourced timber beams, stone accents, skylights throughout, and a warm mountain-lodge feel that is even more impressive in person.
The main living area offers generous seating, soaring two-story ceilings, and plenty of natural light, creating an inviting space for your group to gather after a day exploring Black Mountain or Asheville. Guests will also enjoy multiple indoor gathering areas, including a front sunroom with mountain views, a rear pool room with a large TV and games, a spacious great room, and a cozy TV room located off the kitchen.
The gourmet kitchen is one of the standout features of the home, offering professional-grade appliances, a unique bird's nest tower, abundant prep space, seating, skylights, and all the cooking essentials needed for group meals, holiday gatherings, or private chef experiences.
The home includes 6 bedrooms plus a bunk room, with space to sleep up to 20 guests in beds and a maximum occupancy of 22. Bedroom arrangements include king and queen guest rooms, several ensuite bedrooms, and a kids bunk room with six bunks, a double bed, video games, and a foosball table. Please note that the bunk room is accessed through one of the king bedrooms.
The primary king bedroom offers a custom design with beautiful stone details, a walk-in shower, and a standalone tub, creating a relaxing retreat within the home.

Pool Note: The seasonal outdoor pool is open mid-May through mid-September and is ideal for warm-weather stays. Please note that the pool is not heated. The pool is maintained weekly during the season and may require temporary time out of the pool following treatment.

Check-In / Check-Out
Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 10am. We're happy to review early and late check requests and will do our best to accommodate. While early check-in or late check-out can't be guaranteed, we always make every effort to honor these requests when availability allows. Paid options may be available.

Dog-friendly home! Up to two dogs are welcome with a $130 non-refundable pet fee.
Quiet Policy
This home is located in a peaceful, private mountain community. To preserve the relaxing setting for everyone, please keep noise to a respectful level at all times. Parties and disruptive behavior aren't permitted, and we kindly ask that you be mindful of neighbors and quiet hours starting at 10pm.
Extended Stays
Reservations of 30+ days are subject to additional review. Stays exceeding 90 days require a separate agreement. A security deposit, mid stay cleaning fees and trash pick up fees may apply depending on the length of stay.
Payments
If booked more than 14 days before arrival, 50% is due at booking and the remaining balance is due 14 days before check-in. If booked 14 days or fewer before arrival, full payment is due at booking.
Military Discount
