Floor 1: Two bedrooms that have two Queen beds in each room. One full bath. Garage with game room, custom neon signs and ping pong table.
Floor 2: Living room, kitchen, 1/2 bath / powder room, two covered patios, custom butterfly mural and karaoke in living room.
Floor 3: Master bedroom (king bed) and en suite bathroom, Queen bedroom (king bed) and full bathroom. W/D located on this floor.
Rooftop: Large rooftop lounge to enjoy the beautiful Tennessee weather throughout the year. Fire pit, BBQ grill, propane fire pit, dining set, sofa and conversation set, string lights, outdoor games and custom neon sign.
