As you make your way up, you’ll first step onto the expansive oceanfront covered deck, an inviting space designed for everything from outdoor dining to lazy afternoons spent listening to the waves. Sliding glass doors lead you inside to a bright and open living and dining area, where natural light and coastal décor create a cheerful, relaxing atmosphere. The dining table is perfect for gathering together, and the fully stocked kitchen offers all the cookware, appliances, and storage space you’ll need to keep everyone well-fed during your stay. For added convenience, a laundry center is tucked neatly into this area as well.

The primary bedroom continues the light and airy design, featuring a plush king-size bed, private en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo, and direct access to the oceanfront porch—perfect for waking up to the sound of the surf. The second bedroom is furnished with a full-over-full bunk bed, making it a great space for kids or friends. This bedroom also enjoys access to a hall bathroom with a shower/tub combo and opens to a small back porch with views of the canal, community pool, and grilling area.

Outside, you’ll find storage closets conveniently labeled by unit number. Guests are welcome to use the available beach gear, toys, and even bikes to explore the island at a slower pace. The property sits between two nearby public beach accesses—Scotch Bonnet and Seahorse—and just down the road, you’ll find a public kayak launch at Sandpiper, making it easy to paddle out and explore the water.

Carolina Beach itself offers endless activities for all ages. Spend your days relaxing by the surf, driving onto the beach at Freeman Park with a city pass and 4WD vehicle, or fishing from the nearby pier. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. Bedding Configuration: 1 King, 1 Pyramid (Full/Full).
Parking: Assigned parking on site for 2 vehicles with HOA provided parking pass.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
Prohibited: Pets, Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund. All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
