🚤 Boat: If you're looking to get on the water, bring your boat or rent one locally! Lake access is available from the private dock for your enjoyment.

A few things to know before booking Lakeshore Lodge:

Lake Access: This is a true lakefront property with direct access to Lake Blue Ridge and a private dock. As with any natural body of water, lake levels and water conditions can vary throughout the year.

Private Dock: Guests may enjoy the dock for swimming, fishing and relaxing. If you're bringing your own boat, you may dock it at the property during your stay.

Water Activities: Kayaks, paddleboards and a pedal boat are available for guest use. Please use all water equipment responsibly and supervise children around the lake at all times.

Pets: Dogs are welcome! A $75 per-pet fee applies. Community rules require dogs to be kept on a leash when outside.

Hot Tub: The private hot tub is available for guest use throughout your stay. Please follow the posted hot tub rules.

Parking: Free on-site parking is available for multiple vehicles.

Laundry: A washer and dryer are available in the cabin for guest use.

Heating & Cooling: Lakeshore Lodge has central heating and air conditioning for year-round comfort.

Safety: Smoke alarms, carbon monoxide alarms and a fire extinguisher are provided.
