• Quiet Hours: We kindly ask that quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, as a courtesy to the neighbors around you. Thank you!
• No parties allowed—violations may result in immediate termination of the stay. We aim to maintain a respectful environment for our neighbors.
• For the security of our guests and property, 1 exterior Ring camera is installed — at the front door. No interior cameras are present.
• Parking is available for 1 vehicle in the front spot and 1 overflow spot. Please note that there is an additional overflow area by the gate.
• We welcome long-term stays — please reach out to discuss availability. Note that stays of 28 days or more may incur an additional cleaning fee.
• Guests must be 21 years or older to book this property.

Outdoor courts may also be available outside of regular amenity hours. Additional access information will be provided in the guest guidebook. Community amenities and hours are subject to HOA rules and availability.

HOA Guest Registration
Please note that HOA guest registration and vehicle registration are required for all reservations in order to receive gate access to The Village at Camelback.

A $60 guest registration fee applies to each reservation and is collected at the time of booking. Registration must be completed at least 3 days prior to check-in.

Once registration has been completed and submitted to the HOA, the registration fee is non-refundable. Failure to complete the required registration by the deadline may result in HOA fines of up to $150, denied community access, and/or cancellation of the reservation. Guests are expected to follow all HOA and community rules and regulations throughout their stay.

GUEST VERIFICATION:
To help ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, the primary guest listed on the reservation may be asked to complete a quick verification process within 48 hours of booking, depending on the platform used to book the reservation.

Prior to check-in, guests may also be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes agreeing to our rental terms and conditions and, on certain booking platforms, providing a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before arrival.

Included with your booking is our damage waiver coverage, which helps protect against accidental, self-reported damage during your stay when reported prior to check-out.
