Spanning approximately 1,181 square feet, the layout is designed for practical comfort. The primary bedroom features a king bed, the second bedroom includes a queen, and a queen-size sofa bed in the living area adds flexibility for additional guests. Two full bathrooms enhance functionality for families or small groups traveling together.

The interior includes a kitchenette suitable for light cooking, along with an integrated washer and dryer for added convenience during longer stays. Smart televisions, cable programming, and reliable high-speed internet support both leisure and remote work. Bathrooms are stocked with quality toiletries to ensure a seamless arrival experience.

Wellness amenities at Carillon are optional and available for purchase directly through the hotel, provided registration is completed at least 10 days prior to arrival. Access includes the fitness and spa facilities, daily health classes, four pools, and beach chairs with towel service. GUEST ACCESS:
• Every reservation made within 10 days prior to check-in, will NOT benefit from the resort amenities. Guests have the option of buying a day pass from the hotel for person. Prices are typically $179 on weekdays, and $199 on weekends but are subject to the hotel’s discretion.

The following amenities are paid and optional at a rate of $87.85 per person per day, plus a $60 per day administrative fee. A registration form needs to be filled out and returned 10 days prior to arrival. This is charged directly by the hotel to the card provided in the form.

Our private concierge will be on-premises to assist our guests with arrivals and departures. They are at your disposal to fulfill a multitude of requests, including a private chef, maid service, groceries, yacht charters, private tours, tickets to events, dining reservations, or any other special request you may have.

GETTING AROUND:
The property is centrally located in the heart of Miami Beach. You will be within walking distance to shopping and restaurant options, from local diners and cafes to fine dining by renowned chefs. Transportation options include biking, taxi, public transportation, and Uber/Lyft.

OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:
• You will receive two keys at check-in. A fee of $50 + Tax per key will be charged for any keys not returned at check-out.
• PETS NOT ALLOWED
• Valet parking is available at $20 for the day and $40 per night.
• Bookings over 6 days will require one mid-week clean of $225 plus tax, every 6 days to maintain the quality of the unit. Additional funds will be requested after the booking has been made.
• Traveler is renting a privately-owned residence that is not owned, operated, or otherwise endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with the primary hotel operator.
• We will require your signature of the terms and conditions and a copy of your identification card to be submitted within 24 hours of this booking. LRMB reserves the right to cancel this reservation without notice if the required signatures and ID card are not submitted within 24 hours of this booking.
• We highly recommend purchasing the travel insurance offered at a rate of 6.95% of the total rental cost so you are covered for any unforeseen circumstances. Contact us for more information.
• Payments and Refunds: All credit card payments are subject to standard processing fees. Eligible refunds are subject to a 3% processing fee.
• Late Checkout that is not approved by management will be charged at the rate of $50 per hour, per bedroom. Checkout is 11AM.
