Measuring approximately 661 square feet, the layout is efficiently arranged for comfort and flexibility. The bedroom features a king bed, and a queen-size sofa bed in the living area provides additional sleeping space when needed. The living room connects to a kitchenette designed for light meal preparation, making the residence suitable for both short stays and longer visits. The bathroom is appointed with quality toiletries and essentials, ensuring a smooth arrival experience.

Smart televisions, cable programming, and high-speed wireless internet support both entertainment and remote connectivity.

Wellness amenities at Carillon are available as an optional add-on and must be arranged at least 10 days prior to arrival. When selected, access includes the fitness center, spa facilities, daily health classes, four pools, and beach chairs with towel service. The structure allows guests to choose the days they wish to utilize these features, providing flexibility and cost efficiency compared to traditional hotel packages. Reservations made within 10 days of check-in do not qualify for amenity access.

Valet parking is available at $20 for daytime use and $40 per night. For stays exceeding six nights, a mid-week cleaning is required every six days to maintain the condition of the residence. Concierge services are available to coordinate grocery delivery, private dining, yacht charters, tours, and event arrangements throughout Miami.

GUEST ACCESS:
• Every reservation made within 10 days prior to check-in, will NOT benefit from the resort amenities. Guests have the option of buying a day pass from the hotel for person. Prices are typically $179 on weekdays, and $199 on weekends but are subject to the hotel’s discretion.

The following amenities are paid and optional at a rate of $87.85 per person per day plus $60 per day administrative fee. A registration form needs to be filled out and returned 10 days prior to arrival. This is charged directly by the hotel to the card provided in the form.

GUEST SERVICES:
Our private concierge will be on-premise to assist our guests with arrivals and departures. They are at your disposal to fulfill a multitude of requests, including a private chef, maid service, groceries, yacht charters, private tours, tickets to events, dining reservations, or any other special request you may have.

GETTING AROUND:
The property is centrally located in the heart of Miami Beach. You will be within walking distance to shopping and restaurant options, from local diners and cafes to fine dining by renowned chefs. Transportation options include biking, taxi, public transportation, and Uber/Lyft.

OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:
• You will receive two keys at check-in. A fee of $50 + Tax per key will be charged for any keys not returned at check-out.
• Valet parking is available at $20 for the day and $40 per night.
• Pets: We follow the hotel's rules regarding pets. Dogs are subject to approval. If permitted, there will be a non-refundable $250 fee per dog, per stay, and an additional refundable pet deposit is required. No other pet type is allowed. Residence owners retain the right of refusal. Please inquire with your LRMB Travel Advisor before booking to obtain prior approval.
• Bookings over 6 days will require one mid-week clean of $225 plus tax, every 6 days to maintain the quality of the unit. Additional funds will be requested after the booking has been made.
• Traveler is renting a privately-owned residence that is not owned, operated, or otherwise endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with the primary hotel operator.
• We will require your signature of the terms and conditions and a copy of your identification card to be submitted within 24 hours of this booking. LRMB reserves the right to cancel this reservation without notice if the required signatures and ID card are not submitted within 24 hours of this booking.
• We highly recommend purchasing the travel insurance offered at a rate of 6.95% of the total rental cost so you are covered for any unforeseen circumstances. Contact us for more information.
• Late Checkout that is not approved by management will be charged at the rate of $50 per hour, per bedroom. Checkout is 11AM.
