A serene Mesa retreat a short walk from Leadbetter Beach — private hot tub under an orange tree, heated covered deck, stone fireplace, and AC, sleeping 4 in 2 bedrooms. "Soul of the sea" is the name, and the house lives up to it: this is a home built around rest, from the deep sink-in sofa by the stone fireplace to the professionally landscaped garden where a hot tub steams beneath a fruiting orange tree. No parties, no crowds, no agenda — just the Mesa's easy rhythm and the beach at the end of a short walk.
THE SPACE. The living room invites full-afternoon occupation: that deep sofa, the stone fireplace, warm light. The modern kitchen gleams with stainless appliances and everything a lingering breakfast requires. Two calm bedrooms and two baths sleep four in comfort, with air conditioning for warm afternoons and a workspace tucked in for when life insists. Outside, the covered deck is heated for year-round evenings, and the private garden holds the centerpiece — citrus-scented soaks in the hot tub under the orange tree.
WELLNESS HERE. This home was designed around "rest, recharge, and a more relaxed rhythm" — garden mornings, beach walks, fireplace evenings, and the kind of quiet that's become the true luxury.
THE LOCATION. The Mesa, Santa Barbara — a short walk to Leadbetter Beach, Shoreline Café, and the harbor; minutes to downtown, the Granada Theatre, and the waterfront. Not suitable for parties or large gatherings — that's the point.
