The First Floor of Casa Arroyo Sporting Lodge is a spacious 2,400 square foot retreat on the water in Arroyo City, where the Arroyo Colorado meets the Lower Laguna Madre. This is the final private parcel before the entrance to Adolph Thomae Jr. County Park and the Laguna Atascosa National Wildlife Refuge, an outdoor paradise for fishing, hunting, and coastal wildlife.

The heart of the first floor is a big open living and game room, complete with a pool table, comfortable seating, and a full bar, all under warm wood-plank ceilings. A brand-new kitchen with modern appliances makes it easy to cook for a crowd, and the dining area gives everyone a place to gather.
