You’ll have 18 miles of pristine Mustang Island beaches close by, along with easy access to the town of Port Aransas, just an eight-mile drive to the north. If you want to stay close to home, visit the oasis-like community pool and hot tub to work on your tan. But first, coffee – start the day on one of two spacious decks, enjoying the sunrise and planning for the day.

Inside, you’ll find an open-concept space with bright pops of beachy color and decor everywhere, enhancing that vacation vibe. The chef will love the well-equipped kitchen, with a blender, toaster, crockpot, coffeemaker, and full suite of stainless steel appliances. Everyone can dine together at the large window-front table, and then head out to explore.

When you return, relax at home in the central air conditioning. The kids will love the air hockey game upstairs, and the adults will love relaxing back out on the deck with a view of the pond. More entertainment options include free high-speed WiFi and five TVs equipped with Roku and YouTube TV, so everyone can find something to suit them.
