With 1,900 square feet of space, it comfortably accommodates up to eight guests. The home features a cozy sitting room with a fireplace, tall windows, and a chandelier, offering a classic yet comfortable setting for relaxation. Adjacent to the sitting room is a formal dining area with seating for six, ideal for gathering with family or friends.
Each bedroom is well-appointed with large windows, ceiling fans, and additional furnishings, providing a restful retreat after a day of exploring. The full kitchen offers ample counter space and is equipped with all the necessary tools and appliances for preparing meals during your stay. Located on Habersham Street, the property is just south of Whitefield Square and within easy walking distance to Forsyth Park and nearby restaurants. Staying at Casa d’Arte puts you in the heart of a walkable, historic neighborhood. Savannah is known for its friendly, laid-back atmosphere, so you can comfortably explore the city on foot. You'll discover stunning historic architecture, haunting cemeteries, a variety of local cuisine, and numerous art galleries and museums just steps away from the property. During your stay, you'll have access to all the amenities our home offers, including WiFi, laundry facilities, TV with cable, complimentary towels, and bathroom essentials like soap, shampoo, and makeup wipes. We provide three rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and one roll of paper towels to get you started. If you're staying longer or planning to cook often, you may want to pick up additional supplies. You will have complete privacy here. Every question you ask or concern you may have before or during your stay will be promptly addressed via messenger or phone. Entry is keyless, meaning there’s no need to coordinate key pick up.
