COMMUNITY RULES- IMPORTANT

Casa Platino is located in PGA West which is a world-renowned neighborhood that is home to first class golf courses. The Signature at PGA West is a guard gated community with 24/7 security that patrols the neighborhood. Quiet time is 10pm-8am daily and will be strictly enforced. We give full access to the clubhouse and community areas to heighten your stay at Casa Platino, with that in mind please be sure to use the common areas with respect. No more than 2 vehicles per home may be parked on the street at any time during the hours of 12am-7am. No extra-large vehicles are permitted within the community, standard size cars and pick-up trucks only.

LOCATION AND EVENTS NEARBY

GOLF - We are in PGA West there are 5 public courses to choose from. In December and January you can walk the Stadium course to watch the pros play in The American Express Golf Tournament.

TENNIS AND PICKLEBALL- Fritz Burn Park is 10 mins away with 6 tennis courts and 8 pickleball courts open from sunrise-10pm. In March, the BNP Paribas Open comes to Indian Wells which is just a 15-minute drive!

COACHELLA AND STAGECOACH FESTIVALS- In April Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival as well as Stagecoach Festival light up the Coachella Valley with music and fun! You can pre purchase tickets for next year and book your stay with us!

EQUESTRIAN EVENTS

Desert International Horse Park is 15 minutes away with events scheduled multiple times a year. October, November, December and January have Hunter/Jumper events. November and January are the Dressage Events.
