A vehicle is recommended to reach the home and to explore Santa Fe and the surrounding high desert. The property is an easy drive from downtown Santa Fe, and on-site parking and an EV charger are available.

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Guests must be at least 21 years old to book, and only registered guests are permitted.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the property.
Pets are welcome (up to two dogs). Please bring waste bags and clean up after your pets; a fee applies if pet waste is left behind.
When using the hot tub, please use the indoor restrooms, as neighbors can see the patio area.
The home has central air-conditioning and radiant floor heating with individual room controls.
The living room has a gas fireplace; operating instructions are in the guest handbook.
Please note there are exterior security cameras at the property (one facing the street in front and one in back); there are no cameras inside the home.
