Overall, our stay was pleasant and the home was nice. However, there were a few issues that made the experience less enjoyable. When we arrived, we noticed roaches in both the kitchen and the master bathroom, which was disappointing. The water pressure in the kitchen and upstairs bathrooms was also very low, and the garbage disposal in the kitchen wasn’t working during our stay. Aside from those concerns, the house was comfortable, and we still had a good time. We hope these issues are addressed, as the property has a lot of potential and could provide an even better experience for future guests.

Our stay from June 13 to June 16 was significantly impacted by several major issues that made the property very different from what was advertised. The most serious issue was that the property had no running water for approximately the first 24 hours of our stay. During that time we were unable to shower, brush our teeth, wash our hands, use the toilets properly, cook, or perform basic hygiene tasks. This wasted a day. We also discovered a significant cockroach infestation. Dozens of roaches were present in kitchen drawers and bedrooms, and they were regularly coming out while we were preparing and cooking food. Additionally, the pool and jacuzzi that were advertised as amenities were not operational and appeared not to have been properly maintained or cleaned. We also noticed stains on most of the beds. The host did not come to fix any issues other than the water after we threatened to leave the property. I would not recommend anyone book this property or with vacasa in the future
