The Palapa Penthouse at Casa Sonrisa is the perfect getaway for two! Our open layout offers ocean views from anywhere in the suite. Three sets of double doors open to let in the gentle breezes. The new terraza allows for lounging on the privacy of your own balcony and watching the sunsets.

The suite is light, airy and romantic! It's fully equipped kitchen allows for you to prepare you own drinks and meals and has a dinning table that seats six.

Casa Sonrisa consists of an upstairs suite and a downstairs suite. The two units share the pool and BBq but each have plenty of private indoor and outdoor space.

There's parking at the house, and getting around town from Casa Sonrisa is easy on foot or with a golf cart.

Please take extra precautions to always lock the safe and doors when you leave the house. This includes all sliding doors!

If you are traveling with babies please ask about items we may already have for you to make travel easier.

Le logement de Steve est super bien situé, propre et la vue est à couper le souffle! La piscine peut être un peu froide mais nous avons quand même passé du bon temps à prendre du soleil et relaxer en bas! Steve a été un hôte très accommodant et le fait d’avoir un service ménage au logement tout le long de la semaine a aussi été très apprécié. Le logement est juste au début de la ville et vous permet d’être juste assez à l’écart pour vous reposer. Merci!

Nous avons beaucoup aimé l'emplacement. À 3 min du centre ville en kart de golf ou 15 min à pied. Pente d'environ 30° sur plus ou moins 80m pour accéder à la résidence + une centaine de marche pour arriver à la porte du Penthouse. "Pour avoir une vue, il faut être haut et ça le vaut!". Grand espace ouvert avec large balcon vue magnifique sur la végétation et la mer. Matelas mousse moelleux confortable. Décoration de bon goût aux allures exotiques. Internet convenable pour utilisation générale, mais pas pour travailler. Le soir on peut entendre le bruit de spectacle au loin, mais en bruit sourd. Piscine bien rafraîchissant pour les moins frileux. Hôte absolument fantastique: disponible, compréhensif et accommodant.

The house is beautiful and surrounded by trees and plants, so it feels very private even though the neighbors are close. Up a decently steep hill from town, so we rented a golf cart and that was fabulous to have available! Housekeeping comes during your stay which is nice to just get a refresh depending on how long you're there. We loved Casa Sonrisa and the view from the upstairs balcony is amazing!
