Sleeping: four en suite bedrooms in the main house plus a fifth in a private guest casita for extra seclusion, sleeps up to 14, with room darkening shades, extra pillows and blankets, a travel crib, and a high chair.
Outdoor living: a private infinity pool, hot tub, fire pit, and full outdoor kitchen with a barbecue grill and utensils, plus outdoor seating and terraces framing sea and ocean views.

To ensure a seamless and relaxing stay, please note that our villa includes 24-hour gated security and emergency medical response for your peace of mind. Daily housekeeping services are provided, and a personal butler is available to assist you. Our concierge team is happy to help with pre-arrival planning, offsite activity coordination, and in-residence spa services. A private chef is included for breakfast and lunch preparation, with the cost of food and beverages charged separately. Check-in is from 4:00pm and check-out is by 10:00am. Please observe quiet hours between 9:00pm and 07:00am. Smoking is strictly prohibited, and guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Pets are not permitted.

Early check ins and late check outs are subject to availability, must be approved in writing in advance, and are charged at 50% of the nightly rate.
