House Rules

• Noise Policy: Guests must be mindful of noise levels at all times
• Violating noise ordinances will result in an immediate $500 fine and possible removal from the property
• City fines can reach up to $10,000 per violation
• No speakers or sound systems provided on-site

Smoking Policy:

• Smoking is strictly prohibited on the property
• Violating the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the full security deposit and guests will be responsible for the full cost of any damages caused

Good Neighbor Policies

• Renting in a community is a privilege—treat it as such
• Be respectful of neighbors and follow the community’s rules

Pool & Hot Tub Heating

• Additional cost of $325 per night
• Minimum 3-night stay required

Hot Tub Heating

• Additional cost of $100 per night

Other things to note:

• Please note that we can only heat either the pool or the hot tub at one time.

• The primary renter is required to sign the Renter's Agreement before checking in. This document comprehensively outlines the rules, policies, and terms governing your stay with us.

• Propane Exchanges: We do not directly exchange propane tanks. During business hours, if our team is available, we may be able to assist with an exchange.

• Maintenance aside from emergencies will only be able to be tended to during business hours, 8am-5pm.

• Any request to host a small gathering that exceeds the standard occupancy limit will incur an additional $250 fee.

• All gatherings are subject to prior approval by management and must be disclosed before booking. Please note that visitors are not permitted to stay overnight
